Fiberboard (MDF) – sheet wood material produced by grinding and splitting wood (or other vegetable raw materials) into pulp, casting plates from it, pressing and drying them.
To improve the performance properties of fiberboard, additives are injected: waterproofing substances (paraffin, rosin), substances that increase strength (synthetic resins), antiseptics.
