Deep penetration soil «POLYCOLOR»
PURPOSE:
POLYCOLOR deep penetration primer is designed for pre-treatment of porous surfaces of concrete, plaster, and brickwork in order to level the surface water absorption. Due to the small size of the dispersion particles, the primer penetrates deeply into the porous surfaces, fastens them and forms a durable, elastic layer.
PROPERTIES:
Strengthens porous surfaces and evens out water absorption. Improves adhesion (adhesion) between the painted surface and the subsequent paint coat. Increases durability and reduces the consumption of the finish coating.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove dust, dirt, grease stains and all fragile parts of old paintwork coatings from the painted surface. Moss, mold, “efflorescence” or algae are removed without residue by mechanical means. The affected areas are treated with a bioprotective agent. Defects of a surface to eliminate with the help of putty. To grind a surface, to remove dust.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Stir the primer before use. To put a primer in 1-2 layers. The second layer is applied after the first layer has dried for 1 hour. During the work, the temperature should not be below +5 ?. After completing the work, rinse the tools with water.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
at a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of the primer layer is 1 hour
CONSUMPTION:
0.1-0.2 l / m2 with a single layer coating.
Storage:
Store in tightly closed factory containers, protected from heat and direct sunlight at a temperature not lower than +5? and no higher than 35 ?. Keep from freezing
