Corrosion Protection

Protecting metal from corrosion is extremely important in industry, because it is not only the reliability of important structures, structures and units, but also the saving of huge funds for the replacement, reconstruction and restoration of metal.

Our company provides a thorough, durable multilayer corrosion protection of steel structures, for which it uses several methods of metal processing, depending on the customer’s budget:

Economic, up to 1-2 years

  • Mechanical;
  • then Primer GF-021;
  • Enamel PF-115 or analogues.

Longer, up to 3 years

  • Mechanical;
  • rust converter;
  • Primer VL-02;
  • FL-03;
  • AK-070 or Quick-drying polyurethane-alkyd primerand enamel HV;
  • Cholesterol;
  • ML;
  • or analogues.

Durable, up to 5 years

  • Mechanical or sandblasted;
  • rust converter;
  • Soil VL-023;
  • HS-010;
  • EP-0199 or Quick-drying polyurethane-alkyd primer;
  • and enamel EP;
  • and other 2 comp. or polyurethane-acrylic.

Durable, up to 10 years or more

  • Mechanical or sandblasted;
  • rust converter;
  • phosphating or galvanizing the surface;
  • imported 2-component acrylic or epoxy enamel + varnish.
    This is a rather expensive protection option.

Also, briefly about other ways to protect the metal in the most modern versions:

Recall that anti-corrosion coatings protect metal parts from corrosion through water, salt fog, oxidation or the influence of various environmental or industrial chemicals.

They provide additional protection for metal surfaces and act as a barrier to block contact with chemical compounds and aggressive materials.

Coating with anti-corrosion properties provides metallic parts with the longest service life. Because metal components, which work in harsh conditions that require the most thorough protection, significantly prolong their industrial life.

For example:

Fluoropolymer coatings and Chemically resistant coatings with resistance to extreme chemical spoluk. Namely:

  • Fluoroplastic resin / oil mixture that will provide excellent protection against corrosion.
  • Xylan® is a fluoroplastic, a material that can significantly extend the service life of components.
  • Molybdenum Disulfide – provides reliable protection against friction under high pressure loads.
  • Epoxy coatings are a cost effective, corrosion resistant coating.
  • Phenol-ideal at low pH values, high ambient temperatures.
  • Phosphate sheets – for protection against abrasion of ferrous metals, and corrosion resistance.
  • Polyurethane – high gloss top coat for epoxy enamels and inorganic zinc.
  • Galvanizing – protection for steel against corrosion and weathering for a long time.
  • Ceramic – unique resistance to abrasion.
