Composition
Varnishes are made on the basis of polyvinyl butyral, phenol formaldehyde resin K-421-02 and alkyd non-drying resin No. 80. Varnish VL-725 G differs from varnish VL-725 by a higher (by 2-3 times) content of nonvolatile substances and increased viscosity. Enamel VL-725 is prepared immediately before use by mixing 100 mass. including varnish VL-725 and 2.75 masses. including aluminum powder PAP-2.
Purpose (VL-725, VL-725G)
VL-725 lacquer is used to create a coating for corrosion protection of steel products and products made from aluminum alloys.
Varnish VL-725 G is used for sealing magnesium and aluminum castings.
Application
Lucky applied by spraying, brushing, dipping.
