Preparation of the foundation is carried out according to DBN V.2.6-22-2001 and DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013. The surface must be clean, dry and workable. Dust, remains of lime whitewash, glue and oil-based coatings, and other contaminants should be thoroughly removed. Strong alkyd and oil coatings sanding and dusting. Irregularities align with düfa Acryl-Spachtel putty. Fresh cement plaster must be cured for at least 28 days. Humidity of the bases should not exceed 4%, gypsum bases – 1%. Absorbing and chalky surfaces, plastered areas should be treated with a primer of the trademark düfa. Clean the areas affected by fungi with düfa Schimmelentferner and treat with düfa Grund Antiseptik D613 antiseptic solution according to the instructions.

Drawing

Stir well before use. Apply with a brush, roller or spray (including airless method). Primary coating: paint diluted to 10% with water. Final coating: do not dilute the paint. Painting surfaces in the same plane should be done using the “wet on wet” method, without interruptions in work. When applied by airless spraying, use a nozzle of 0.66-0.79 mm and a pressure of 160-180 bar. When applied by air spraying, dilute with water to a working viscosity and use a 2 mm nozzle. When using TM Wagner devices, we recommend using the Wagner Flexio W585 model in small areas. The working power level (AIR CONTROL) 7-8, nozzle diameter 2.5 mm. To dilute paint with water for 3%. With significant areas of application it is more rational to use the apparatus Wagner ProjectPro 117, recommended nozzle 517 at a working pressure of 200 bar. Paint in this case can not be diluted.

Consumption

Consumption per layer –80-100 ml / m², depending on the granularity of the substrate. The exact consumption is determined by the test staining on the object.
