Composition
Due to its composition, AC 182 enamel has an increased resistance to weathering in temperate and tropical climates. It has a high adhesion to the surface, falls flat and without stains. After drying, it has a uniform and high-gloss film that retains its protective and decorative properties for five years.
Purpose (AC-182)
It is used for painting machinery and parts in mechanical engineering. For coloring agricultural machinery and other metal products that are used in different climatic conditions. Staining can be done by pneumatic or electrostatic spraying. It is applied with VL-02, FL-OZk, GF-021, GF-032, PF-020, EP-0010, EP-09T
Application (AC-182)
The surface must be dry and free from dust, dirt, corrosion and old paint residues. Before applying the enamel, mix until uniform throughout the entire volume of the container. If necessary, you can stir with solvent, nefras A 120/200 or their mixture. Apply by pneumatic, airless or electrostatic spraying. Work in personal protective equipment using a respirator and rubber gloves. To the workplace to ensure a constant flow of fresh air. Prevent material from entering the respiratory and digestive organs. It is forbidden to work near an open source of fire.
