Priming enamel «3 in 1»
PURPOSE:
Priming enamel “3 in 1” is intended for anticorrosive protection of metal surfaces from weathering without prior priming with anticorrosive primers. It can be used for painting metal surfaces inside and outside the premises.
PROPERTIES:
It has the properties of rust, anticorrosive primer and enamel. Soil enamel can be applied directly to rust. Does not require priming the surface. Creates a glossy durable coating. Possesses excellent hiding power and high adhesion to the painted surface. Dries quickly.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease.
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before applying the primer-enamel mix, if necessary, dilute with white spirit, solvent. To put in 1-2 layers. Apply the next coat after the first coat has dried.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
at a temperature of + 20 and a relative air humidity of 65%, the drying time of the primer-enamel layer is 6 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Soil enamel consumption for single-layer coating -70-110 g / m2, depending on the type of surface.
STORAGE:
Soil-enamel “3 in 1” is stored and transported in a tightly closed container, protecting from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
Dispose of the closed container in the collection points for household waste.
