Composition The
varnish films have high water resistance, resistance to the action of nefras. Single-packing materials: AK-113 based on a solution of polyacrylic resin, AK-113F based on solutions of polyacrylic and melamine-formaldehyde resins.

Purpose (AK-113)
To protect products from ferrous, non-ferrous metals and their alloys (including aluminum), as well as non-metal surfaces, operating at temperatures up to 150 ° C and operated in various climatic regions.

Application
It is carried out in accordance with GOST 9.402 (degree of purification from oxides – 2, degree of degreasing – 1) or according to MS ISO 8501-1 (up to degree Sa2? Or St3).
Before use, mix the varnish thoroughly and hold for 2 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C. The lacquer is applied to the metal surface by pneumatic spraying or with a brush at an ambient air temperature from 10 ° C to 30 ° C, humidity not more than 80%.

To avoid moisture condensation, the surface temperature should be above the dew point by at least 3 ° C. If necessary, the lacquer is adjusted to the working viscosity with solvent R-5A. The second layer is allowed to be applied only after the first layer has dried (2 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° С). Solvents can be used for washing the instrument: P-5, 646.
