Подготовка поверхности: The surface to be coated must be pre-sanded with fine-grained 4-H (M40) or P280 / 320 abrasive paper, cleaned from dust and dirt. The quality of grinding significantly improves the appearance of the lacquer coating. The prepared surface to be coated is recommended to be primed with a Dominant Prime primer. It is allowed to use Dominant Furniture lacquer diluted with P-32 solvent for 10 – 12% of the lacquer volume as a primer. Before applying the varnish, grind the primed surface with fine-grained 4-H (M40) or P280 / 320 abrasive paper and dust. Coating: Immediately before using component A and component B (separately), mix thoroughly, then to 9 parts by weight of component A add 1 part by weight of component B, mix and incubate for 15 to 20 minutes. When mixing, it is necessary to strictly observe the specified proportions. To adjust the viscosity, use solvent P-32 to 10% of the volume of varnish. It is forbidden to dilute the varnish with solvent 646 and the like, as this leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of the coating. If necessary, before applying the lacquer filter through a nylon mesh.
The shelf life of the varnish is 24 hours in a closed container at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C.
To apply the lacquer by pneumatic spraying or with a soft brush at a temperature of ambient air, paintwork material and the painted surface not lower than 15 ° С, relative air humidity not more than 65%. Wood moisture should not exceed 12%. The number of applied varnish layers – at least two. Intermediate drying between coats – 40 – 50 minutes at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and relative humidity of air (60 ± 5)%. At lower temperatures or high humidity, the drying time can be increased. You can not apply a new layer of varnish on the wet previous layer. Interlayer sanding to produce, if necessary.
The varnish consumption on a single-layer coating is: when applied by brush – 90 – 110 g / m², with the method of pneumatic spraying –
100 – 120 g / m², and may vary depending on the absorbency and roughness of the substrate, the skill of the master, the thickness of the coating and other factors. The curing time of the finished coating before operation is at least 72 hours.
Precautionary measures : when carrying out painting works in the enclosed space, and also after their termination careful airing is necessary. Wear rubber gloves to protect your hands.
Transportation: according to GOST 9980.5 and STB 11.4.01.
Storage conditions: Store the components of the lacquer in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight, at a temperature from 0 ° C to + 25 ° C. Keep away from fire!
