Varnish HS-76

Type:  lacquer is a solution of a copolymer of vinyl chloride in a mixture of organic solvents.

Scope : the varnish is intended for protection in a complex multilayered covering of the equipment and the metal designs which are affected by mineral acids and alkali at a temperature not higher than 60 ° C.

Varnish is XC-059 (GOST 23494) or

XC-068 “L” (TU RB 500021625.110), or XC-059 “LiDA” (TU BY 500021625.196) and enamel XC-75 U gray (TU RB 500021625.104).

The coating system must comply with the following requirements and regulations:

Advantages:  Varnish is suitable for use. The coating has a high resistance to gasoline.

Surface preparation of the  coating is carried out in accordance with GOST 9.402 or STB ISO 12944-4.

 Application:  Before applying R-4 or R-4A (GOST 23494), it can be used in case of weight loss of 25% by weight of undiluted varnish. When applied, it is indicated that the paint is applied to the product.

It can be seen that the consumer has been able to control the air flow rate (for example, air temperature, air temperature, air flow, air temperature, etc.).

It is kept in a warm room before it is used.

Getting a comprehensive four-layer coating .

The XC-059 or XC-068 “L” or XC-059 “LiDA” primer, XC-75 enamel, and XC-76 lacquer are applied using the following scheme:

– one layer of XC-059 or XC-068 “L” primer or XC-059 “LiDA”; 15-20 microns;

– two layers of HS-75 U enamel gray with a dried coating thickness of 50 – 70 microns;

– one coat of varnish with a thickness of dried coating of 20 – 25 microns. The interlayer drying is carried out at a temperature of (60 ± 2) ° C for 1 h and at a temperature of 60 – 65 ° C for 3 h.

It is carried out at a temperature of (65 ± 5) ° C for at least 5 days. The thickness of the dried complex four-layer coating is 85 – 115 microns.

Exposure of complex coverage before operation for at least 7 days.

The coatings are  120 – 160 g / m².

Storage:  Directly closed container, protected from moisture, direct moisture, direct sunlight. Keep away from fire.

Precautionary measures  associated with personal protective equipment (workwear, goggles, rubber gloves). Finish, ventilate the room.

It doesn’t have a chemical effect.
