Categories: ,

Purpose (SC-243)

NC 243 lacquer – designed for processing wooden products indoors. This may be furniture, parquet and other wood products. Coatings get a decorative look combined with high physical and mechanical properties. When the varnish is completely dry, the surface will be ready for further processing. It can be polished or polished. However, this varnish is prohibited to use in open space, as it is hydrophobic.

Provides a smooth, uniform matte finish that does not veil the texture of the wood. The lacquer coating NC 243 is resistant to temperature changes from -12 ° C to + 60 ° C. Warranty period of storage – 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Application

The treated wooden surface must be dry and dried. It is necessary to clean it from dust and dirt, sand it off. Before applying, NTS 243 lacquer is diluted to working viscosity with a RML thinner or a 646 solvent. Before applying NTS 243 lacquer, the wooden surface is pre-dried, cleaned with a sandpaper and cleaned of dust. The lacquer is applied with a paint sprayer or poured into 3-4 layers of interlayer drying at a temperature of (20 + 2) ° C for 1 hour, the last layer is dried for 24 hours. Work must be carried out in personal protective equipment, using a respirator and rubber gloves. When performing work, it is necessary to ensure a constant supply of fresh air and to ventilate the room. Do not allow varnish to enter the organs of digestion and respiration. Do not carry out work near an open source of fire.
