Varnish PF-170 “BELLINI”
PURPOSE:
PF-170 lacquer is intended for obtaining weather-resistant coatings on a previously prepared surface of metal and wood, and as an additive to glyptal and pentaphthalic enamels to enhance the gloss of coatings.
PROPERTIES:
Gives shine to coatings. Emphasizes the natural structure of wood.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Wooden surfaces:
– The surface must be dry
– To grind new surfaces, remove dust, dirt. From the painted surfaces to remove fragile parts of the old paint coatings. Sand, remove dust, dirt.
Metal surfaces:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease.
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the varnish, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio. Apply lacquer in 2-3 coats. Apply the next coat after drying the first coat for 24 hours.
APPLICATION METHOD:
Brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
At a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of one coat of varnish is 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
9-12 m2 / l with a single layer coating.
STORAGE:
Store and transport in a tightly closed original container, protected from heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
Dispose of the closed container in the collection points for household waste.
