Primer HS-010

Composition:  enamels based on chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and alkyd resins with the addition of a plasticizer. Enamels are available in various colors, the color of the varnish XB-784 on the iodometric scale is not more than 7 mg of iodine. Appearance of the coating after drying is characterized by a uniform glossy appearance, without wrinkles, pock marks, and third-party inclusions. Warranty period of storage – 6 months from the date of manufacture. 


Purpose (XC-010)


It is intended for coating metal structures and products that are in an aggressive environment under the influence of chemical gases, acids, solutions of alkalis and salts at temperatures not higher than + 60 ° C.


Enamels of black and red-brown color are intended to protect metal surfaces that are operated in atmospheric conditions, and varnish XB-784 for priming concrete structures.




The surface must be dry and degreased. It must be cleaned from dust, dirt, old paint and corrosion. Before applying to the surface it is necessary to mix enamel and varnish and dilute it to working viscosity with solvents Р-4 or Р-4А. Enamel can be applied by spraying over the XC-068, XC-010, XC-059 or FL-03K soils. Drying not more than 1 hour at 20 ± 2 ° С. Consumption per layer of enamel – 135-150 g / m2; varnish – 175-200 g / m2. Work in personal protective equipment (respirator, rubber gloves). Prevent paint from entering the digestive and respiratory organs. To the workplace to ensure a constant flow of fresh air. Do not carry out work near an open source of fire.
