Primer GF-021
PURPOSE:
Primer GF-021 is designed for painting metal and wood surfaces under the coating of various enamels
PROPERTIES:
Provides excellent adhesion (adhesion) between the painted surface and the top paint coating. Reduces enamel consumption. Increases coating durability
SURFACE PREPARATION:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease.
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the primer, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
at a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of one coat of primer is 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Primer consumption on a single-layer coating -70-120 g / m2, depending on the type of surface
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
