Primer AK-070

The primer AK-070 is overlapped with materials such as AK, PF, GF, EF, XB, XC, FL and others. Among the main functions, it is possible to distinguish imparting increased adhesion, resistance to corrosion and moisture protection of the paint coating system.

Purpose (AK-070)

Primer AK-070 (AK 070 primer) is used to protect parts made of aluminum, magnesium, titanium alloys and steels, as well as carbon and stainless steel.

Provides protection from sea and fresh water. Perfectly protects the surface when exposed to mineral oils and lubricants, petroleum products, solutions of alkalis and salts. Protects material from electric current and aggressive gases.

The primer is widely used in the protection of watercraft, in aircraft construction and in the painting of main pipelines.

It is possible to use in other industries.

Application

Before use, make sure that the primer is well mixed and uniform throughout the entire container space. If necessary, the soil can be diluted before application to a working viscosity of 12-18 using a VZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm at a temperature of (20.0 ± 0.5) ° C with solvents 648 or P-5A.

The parameters of the staining methods must comply with GOST 9.105.

The prepared AK-070 primer (AK-070 primer) is applied to the surface of the protected metal with a brush or pneumatic spraying at an ambient temperature of 5 ° C to 30 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. To avoid moisture condensation, the surface temperature should be above the dew point by at least 3 ° C. After the primer coat dries (depending on the brand 0.5-1 hour, at a temperature of 20 ° C), the next primer balls are applied, and then the surface paintwork material. To the workplace to ensure a constant flow of fresh air. It is forbidden to work near an open source of fire.
