Purpose (GF-021)

Used for dyeing metal and wooden products and structures for coating various enamels. It can be used for surfaces that are used both indoors and outdoors. The primer layer has protective and adhesive properties. Application of Primer GF-021 significantly reduces the consumption of enamel during painting.

Application

The surface must be dry, free from dirt, dust, corrosion and old paint. Before using, the primer GF-021 and GF-021 “L” should be thoroughly mixed over the entire volume of the container and diluted to a working viscosity of 22-24 seconds according to VZ-246 (4mm nozzle) with solvent, xylene, nephras A 120/200 or with the consistency marked solvents with white spirit (nefrasy C4 155/200) in the ratio 1: 1.

The primer can be applied by pneumatic spraying, brushing, dipping or spraying in an electrostatic field in 1 layer. When coloring in the electric field add diluent RE-4B. The thickness of the 1st layer of primer 15-20mkm. Primer consumption on a single-layer coating – (60-100) g / m ?.
