Enamel HV-518
Composition: Type of protective. Suspension of pigments and filler in a solution of perchlorovinyl and alkyd or alkyd-acrylic resins in volatile organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer. Enamel HV 518 provides for obtaining a uniform, without wrinkles, pock marks, drips and foreign inclusions of a protective color. Warranty period of storage – 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Purpose (ХВ-518)
ХВ 518 enamel for painting pre-primed steel surfaces, surfaces from aluminum and its alloys, wooden surfaces in special purpose products, operated in atmospheric conditions for a short time.
Application
When applying HV 518 enamel on a steel surface – the primer FL-OZk, when applied to aluminum and its alloys – the primer AK-070 or VL-02 with overlapping primer AK-070. Before use, the enamel XB 518 is thoroughly mixed and diluted to a working viscosity with solvent R-4, R-5. Apply with a paint sprayer or brush with an initial viscosity.
