Enamel HV-714

Composition:  Based on perchlorovinyl resin with the addition of a plasticizer. Enamels XB-714 are available in the color black, red, silver. HV 714 enamel is a silver two-component: a semi-finished enamel and aluminum powder PAP-1 or PAP-2. After drying, XB 714 enamel film should be matte, uniform, smooth, without foreign inclusions.

Purpose (ХВ-714)
ХВ 714 is designed to obtain a chemically resistant coating, which is used in atmospheric conditions of various climatic regions and indoors. Enamels HV-714 are designed for painting primed with AK-070 or VL-02 primers of metal surfaces.

Application

  • Before using enamel XB 714, mix thoroughly. Add to 100 pm HV 714 enamel semi-finished product silver 2 m.ch. PAP-1 or PAP-2 aluminum powder. Cooked enamel should be used within 24 hours of mixing.
  • Dilute XB-714 enamels to a working viscosity of 14-16 seconds. on the VZ-246 viscometer (nozzle of 4 mm) R-4 solvent. Enamel is applied by pneumatic spraying. Drying at (20 ± 2) ° С – 24 hours. Consumption – 100 -150 g / m ^ (2) depending on the color.
