Alkyd enamel «КОРАБЕЛЬНАЯ»
PURPOSE:
Alkyd enamel “SHIP” is made on high quality alkyd resin using pigments and targeted additives from leading European manufacturers. Enamel is intended for painting metal and wood surfaces exposed to weathering, as well as being used indoors. Can be used for painting railroad cars, surface parts of yachts, boats and boats.
PROPERTIES:

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Wooden surfaces:
– To grind new surfaces, remove dust, dirt. Primed with alkyd primer
– Remove fragile parts of old paintwork coatings from painted surfaces.
Defects and irregularities to eliminate with putty on wood. Sand, remove dust, dirt. Prime with alkyd primer.
Metal surfaces:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease. Prime with anticorrosive primer with rust modifier or GF-021
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease. Prime with anticorrosive primer with rust modifier or GF-021.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the enamel, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio. Enamel applied in 1-2 layers. The second layer is applied after the first layer has dried for 24 hours.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
at a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of one layer of enamel is 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Enamel consumption for single-layer coating -70-150 g / m2, depending on the color and type of surface.
STORAGE:
Enamel is stored and transported in a tightly closed container, protecting from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
Dispose of the closed container in the collection points for household waste.
