Enamel alkyd PF-115
PURPOSE:
PF-115 alkyd enamel is intended for painting wooden, primed metal and other surfaces exposed to weathering, as well as for painting indoors. Due to its high decorative properties, the surface gives a good aesthetic appearance and retains its protective properties.
PROPERTIES:
Provides reliable protection of the painted surface from weathering, the effects of water, cleaning solutions and industrial oils. It has special strength and elasticity. It has long-lasting shine and bright rich colors.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Wooden surfaces:
– To grind new surfaces, remove dust, dirt. Prime with primer GF-021
– Remove fragile parts of old paintwork coatings from painted surfaces.
Defects and irregularities to eliminate with putty on wood. Sand, remove dust, dirt. Prime with primer GF-021
Metal surfaces:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease. Prime with primer GF-021
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease. Prime with primer GF-021
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the enamel, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio. Enamel applied in 1-2 layers. The second layer is applied after the first layer has dried for 24 hours.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
at a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of one layer of enamel is 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Enamel consumption for single-layer coating -100-180 g / m2, depending on the color and type of surface
STORAGE:
Enamel is stored and transported in a tightly closed container, protecting from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
