Universal mounting adhesive
PURPOSE:
Universal mounting glue is intended for gluing ceramic tiles, wood, plasterboard, flooring (linoleum, carpet), parquet, products from expanded polystyrene, decorative friezes, to concrete, brick, metal and wood surfaces.
PROPERTIES:
White adhesive, solvent free, odorless. It has a high adhesive ability, has excellent adhesion to various building surfaces. Adhesive seam durable, waterproof. Does not trickle down when applied to vertical surfaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Clean adhesive surfaces from dust and dirt.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Stir the adhesive thoroughly before use. One of the surfaces should have a porous structure and well absorb glue. Highly porous surfaces are recommended to be first primed with POLYCOLOR primer.
APPLICATION METHOD:
Glue is applied in a dotted or even layer. To glue ceramic tiles, glue is applied with a notched trowel. Align the surfaces to be glued together and press them down for several minutes. Remove excess glue with a damp cloth. Clean tools with warm, soapy water immediately after use. Cured adhesive is removed mechanically. Bonding should be carried out at air temperature not lower than + 10 ° С and relative humidity not more than 80%.
DRYING TIME:
The glue hardens after 24-26 hours, depending on the thickness of the glue line.
CONSUMPTION:
300-1000 g / m2, depending on the state of the surface, the material of the glued plates and the method of application.
STORAGE:
The glue should be stored and transported in tightly closed factory containers, protected from heat and direct sunlight at a temperature not lower than +5 ° С and not higher than +35 ° С. Protect from freezing!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
Keep the glue out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. The container is utilized in places of collecting household waste.
