Varnish ML-92 (electrical)
Type: ML-92 lacquer is a solution of a mixture of glyphthalic lacquer and melamine-formaldehyde resin K-421-02 in organic solvents.
Scope : The varnish is intended for impregnation of windings of electrical machines, devices and transformers and for coating electrical insulating parts. Lac ML-92 has a heat resistance class B according to GOST 8865.
Coating: Stir the varnish thoroughly before use. To adjust the viscosity, use toluene, xylene or a mixture of one of these solvents with white spirit (nefras – C4-155 / 200) in a ratio of at least 3: 1.
Security measures: Varnish is a flammable and toxic material, due to the properties of the components included in its composition.
Transportation and storage: according to GOST 9980.5.
Storage conditions : The lacquer should be stored in a hermetically sealed container, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at a temperature of from 0 ° C to + 25 ° C.
