Airless paint sprayers are high-performance equipment for applying paintwork materials using the airless spray method. The principle of operation lies in the crushing of the fluid when it exits through the nozzle at a high speed to the surface and further settles the sprayed particles of paint on the surface.
This method of painting can significantly reduce the consumption of paints and varnishes (in comparison with the pneumatic method) due to a significant reduction in the emission of excess paint outside, fogging.
This airless spray unit is used in industrial and civil construction to apply most latex and oil-based paints, primers, paints, flame retardants and anti-corrosion coatings, and other non-abrasive coatings, as well as pesticides and liquid fertilizers. Not recommended for use with varnishes, industrial enamels, sealants and other textured materials.
Do NOT use halogenated solvents.
