Airless paint sprayers are high-performance equipment for applying paintwork materials using the airless spray method. The principle of operation lies in the crushing of the fluid when it exits through the nozzle at a high speed to the surface and further settles the sprayed particles of paint on the surface.
This method of painting can significantly reduce the consumption of paints and varnishes (in comparison with the pneumatic method) due to a significant reduction in the emission of excess paint outside, fogging.
Airless spray devices are used in industrial and civil construction. Painting devices are used to apply most paints and varnishes: latex and acrylic paints, alkyd, highly viscous epoxy compounds, putties, fire retardant coatings, plasters and textured coatings and anti-corrosion coatings.
The spray gun and high pressure hose are supplied with a paint spraying machine.
Do NOT use halogenated solvents.
