Illumina

Belinka illumina is a covering paint for lightening dark surfaces covered with azure, such as roofs, facade coverings, fences, garden buildings, garden furniture, etc.

Illumina overlaps the dark coating and brings the shade of the surface to the natural color of pine wood. The surfaces clarified in this way are covered with an azure of one of the light shades (Toplasur). When applied correctly, the texture of natural wood is also perfectly imitated.

 

AttentionIllumina is a product with increased complexity of application that requires a high level of skill. For difficult, uneven elements (for example, shutters), applying illumina is especially difficult. When coating in such places, special care should be taken to ensure that azure does not flow into various depressions or irregularities. Subsequently, after drying, such surfaces cannot be repaired.

Application

If the original coating is well preserved, it must be sanded with an 80-100 grit sandpaper. Before using it, it should not be thoroughly mixed, then it can be applied to the surface, dry and dust-free. Under normal conditions of drying between coating layers is 24 hours. Drying period is extended. In this way, 1-2 layers of azure coating of the desired shade are additionally applied to the clarified and dry surface. It must be cleaned, if necessary, it must be cleaned. After the surface is completely dry,it should be covered with 2 layers of coating, then apply 1-2 layers of coating. For cleaning the working tool solvents are used for alkyd coatings (white spirit).
