Soil enamel “Uralkor”

Scope of application:
For protection against corrosion of metal surfaces exposed to the weather, including agricultural equipment, mobile railway transport, metal structures.

The coating of two layers of primer-enamel, applied to the prepared surface, ensures corrosion protection in cold and temperate climates for 3 years.

Properties:

  • High adhesion and mechanical resistance;
  • The possibility of using the material as an independent coating;
  • Quick-drying material;
  • The resistance of the coating to the action of water and transformer oil;
  • No sediment and surface film during long-term storage;
  • The resistance of the film to a temperature change from minus 45 C to 60 C;

Soil enamel application guide:

Application Methods Working viscosity (VZ-246)
roller brush (35-40) with
pneumatic spraying (32-37) with
airless spray (32-37) with
Dive (20-25) with
Working conditions Air temperature when painting not lower than +10 О С
Drying time At a temperature (18-22) wasps and a relative humidity of not more than 65% – up to 2 hours. At a temperature (78-82) Wasps – up to 30 minutes.
Low temperature and high humidity during cold drying extend the drying time.
Soil enamel consumption On a single-layer coating – (120-180 g / m2).
Single layer coating thickness (35 – 40) microns
For a high-quality coating, applying
1-2 coats of enamel is recommended .
Cleaning tools Solvent

Surface preparation:
Remove dust, dirt, slices of old paint, peeling, fat and other contaminants.

The surface must be dry and clean.
