The coating system, consisting of 1 layer of primer and two layers of the corresponding enamel, guarantees protection against corrosion in a temperate and cold climate for 5 years.

It is allowed to use the primer as an independent coating:
2 coats of the primer provide protection against corrosion in a temperate climate for 2 years; under the enamel coating brands PF, GF, AU, URF, HV, XC, EF.

• High drying speed;

• Resistance to water;
• Preservation of anti-corrosion properties even with partial disruption of the coating film;
• Lack of a deposit and a superficial film at long storage.

Application Guidelines:

Working conditions	Air temperature when painting not lower than +5 wasps
Drying time	At a temperature (18-22) wasps and a relative humidity of not more than 65% – up to 60 minutes. Low temperature and high humidity prolong the drying time.
Primer consumption	On single-layer coating – (100-150 g / m2)
Single layer coating thickness	(40 – 50) microns For a high-quality coating it is recommended to apply the 1st layer of primer.
Cleaning tools	Solvent, solvent 1A-A

Surface preparation:
Remove dust, dirt, slices of old paint, peeling, fat and other contaminants.

The surface must be dry and clean. The degree of surface degreasing is 1, the
degree of cleaning from oxides is 2.

Preparation of primers:
Mix thoroughly and dilute to working viscosity.
