Composition: Type: based on a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate and an alkyd-acrylic resin with the addition of a plasticizer. The coating system, consisting of two layers of XC 119 enamel, applied to the surface primed with XC 059 primer, retains its protective properties in a temperate climate for 6 years up to A31 points. In cold climates, this coating system retains its protective properties up to points of no more than A31, decorative – up to points of no more than AD2.
In tropical climates, a coating system consisting of a single layer of primer applied to a phosphated surface and two layers of XC 119 enamel retains its protective properties up to A31 points. It is allowed to use primers GF 0119, FL 03K, XC 10, XC 068. The enamel film is resistant to temperature changes from -50 ° C to + 60 ° C. The film is uniform, smooth, matte or semi-matte, without wrinkles, smudges and foreign inclusions. Warranty period of storage – 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Purpose (ХС-119)
ХС 119 is designed to protect pre-primed surfaces of railway cars, tanks, bridges and other metal structures used in atmospheric conditions of various climatic regions.
