Anticorrosion primer with rust modifier
PURPOSE:
The primer with a rust modifier is intended for highly effective anticorrosion protection of metal surfaces inside and outside the premises, under the coating of various enamels. Increases adhesion between the painted surface and the topcoat. The rust modifier that is present in the primer is designed to convert corrosion products. The primer can be applied directly to the rust, provided that the rust layer is not more than 100 microns.
PROPERTIES:
Contains rust modifier. Provides excellent adhesion (adhesion) between the painted surface and the top paint coating. Significantly reduces the consumption of enamel and prolongs the life of the paintwork.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
– Remove new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease.
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the primer, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
At a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of the primer layer is 12 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Primer consumption on a single-layer coating -100-150 g / m2, depending on the type of surface
STORAGE:
The primer is stored and transported in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
When carrying out painting works, as well as after their completion, it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly. Wear rubber gloves to protect hands.
Dispose of the closed container in the collection points for household waste.
