Primers HS-068
Based on a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate with the addition of epoxy resin (not added to the lacquer) and a plasticizer with the introduction of a hardener No. 3 or No. 5.
After drying, it forms a uniform, glossy film without wrinkles, drips and foreign inclusions. Differs in chemically resistant properties.
Purpose (XC-059)
It is used for priming metal surfaces that may come in contact with mineral acids, alkalis, salts, corrosive gases and other chemicals with a temperature not higher than 60 ° C. Most often used to protect freight cars and tanks, various metal products, as well as metal and reinforced concrete structures, which are operated both inside and outside the premises. The primer is allowed to be used under other enamels XB, XC.
Application
The surface must be dry and free from dirt and dust. Before application, thoroughly mix the primer throughout the entire volume of the container. Hardener should be added in the ratio of 100 m. H. Enamel plaster – 2.8 m. H. Of hardener No. 5 or 3 m h. hardener number 3; per 100 mph primers – 2.6 m. hardener No. 5 or 2.8 m. h. hardener No. 3. If necessary, it can be diluted with solvent Р-4, Р-4А. The shelf life of enamel and primer with hardener – 8 hours. Apply to the surface by spraying.
