Primers HS-04

Purpose (XC-04)

Primers XC 04 and XC 04B are used to treat the surfaces of various tanks that are used to transport wines, beer, milk, fruits and other food products. This primer prepares the surface before applying the enamels XC-558 and XC-558B.

 

Application

 

The surface must be dry and free from dust and dirt. In addition, it is necessary to wipe the surface with acetone or solvent P-4 or P-4A. Primer XC 04 before use must be thoroughly mixed throughout the volume of the container. If necessary, dilute with solvents Р-4, Р-4А, acetone, toluene. The primer can be applied by spraying. The drying time of the primer at a temperature of (20 ± 2) – no more than 3 hours. Primers are stored in a tightly closed container, protected from the action of sunlight. Work in personal protective equipment using a respirator and rubber gloves. To the workplace to ensure a constant flow of fresh air.
