Surface preparation: Preparation of the surface of products before painting with accelerated drying enamel is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the TNPA on the primer used. Before applying the enamel, the primed surface is sanded, degreased and thoroughly dried. The previously painted surface is cleaned of the fragile layers of the old coating, the exfoliated old coating is removed, the entire surface is sanded, dedusted, degreased and dried. It is recommended to carry out control staining of a small surface area. To avoid moisture condensation, the temperature of the surface to be painted must be at least 3 ° С higher than the dew point temperature.
Coating: Before use, the enamel must be thoroughly mixed, diluted with xylene (GOST 9410), orthoxylene (TU BY 300042199.015) or solvent (GOST 10214) in an amount up to 35% by weight of undiluted enamel and filtered through mesh No. 02Н-01Н (GOST 6613) and applied by pneumatic spraying. On small areas it is allowed to apply enamel with a brush with final viscosity. Nephras are not allowed to be used as solvent – C4 – 150/200 (white spirit).
Enamel is applied in one or two layers and each layer is dried at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C – not less than 60 minutes or at a temperature (80 ± 2) ° C – at least 20 minutes. The thickness of the dried single-layer coating should be at least 20 microns. For the final formation of the coating, the painted product is recommended to withstand 7 days before use.
Enamel consumption for a single-layer coating of 80-130 g / m2 without taking into account the preparation and complexity of the surface to be painted, the color of the enamel, the method of application and other factors.
Precautionary measures: At carrying out painting works, and also after their termination it is necessary to air the room carefully. Wear rubber gloves to protect your hands.
Storage: Store enamel in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight, away from heating devices, out of the reach of children. Keep away from fire.
Warranty period: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
