Enamel GF-92 XC, GF-92GS
GOST 9151-75
Application area
Paints GF 92 XC and GF 92 HS differ in their electrical insulating properties. They are intended for coating and finishing windings and parts of electrical machines and apparatus with insulation of the heat resistance class “B”
Enamel GF-92HS is designed to cover the fixed windings of electrical machines, and GF-92GS – to cover the fixed and rotating parts of the windings of electrical machines and apparatus.
Properties
Application
The metal surface should be dry, free from dust, rust, grease and other contaminants. Enamel is applied by spraying, dipping or pouring. Enamel must be thoroughly mixed throughout the volume of the container, then filtered through a sieve with a mesh 02-01. Solvent, xylene, toluene, 1: 1 mixture of xylene with white spirit can be used as a solvent. When working, use special protective equipment (respirator, rubber gloves). It is forbidden to work near an open source of fire.
