Advantages:  Enamel coatings have high decorative properties when used under atmospheric conditions and indoors. High color and high degree of dispersion (10 microns). The enamel coating is minus 60 ° C to plus 60 ° C.

Training:  Before using the surface, if necessary, sand, degrease and carefully dried. The surface is mechanically cleaned, dehydrated, degreased and dried. It should be checked for compatibility. In order to completely remove the coating, it must be completely removed. The color of water should not be below 3 ° C.It is recommended that the LL-02 (GOST 12707) be improved. For subsequent priming, primers based on epoxy, polyvinyl butyral, glyphthalic and phenolic resins can be used. Recommended primers EP-0228 (TU 6-10-1943), EP-045 (TU BY 500021625.106), GF-0119 (GOST 23343), GF-021 (GOST 25129).

Recommendations for application : Enamel is applied to the primed surface using pneumatic and electrostatic spraying. When tinting small areas can be applied with a brush.

Enamel is thoroughly mixed and filtered if necessary. It is diluted with an oil solvent (GOST 10214), RE-1B, RE-2B (GOST 18187) % by weight of undiluted enamel. If necessary, it should be diluted with the enamel.

Enamel is applied at a temperature of 15 – 35 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80% in two layers using the wet on wet method with intermediate drying at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C for 5 to 7 minutes, holding at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C for 5 – 7 minutes and final drying at a temperature of 130 – 135 ° C for 35 minutes. The thickness of the dried two-layer enamel coating should be at least 35 microns.

Of The ENAMEL consumption  for a to two two-of layer dried coating is 100-120 g / m² without taking Into account the complexity of the surface to the BE painted, the method of application, the color of the ENAMEL, the Qualifications of the Personnel and OTHER Factors. IZUR – 021 should be added to the enamel in the amount of 10% by weight of the undiluted enamel. Drying time of a two-layer coating with a hardener:

at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C for 24 hours;

at a temperature of (60 ± 2) ° C for 2 h;

at a temperature of (80 ± 2) ° C for 1 h;

at a temperature of (90 ± 2) ° C for 40 minutes.

Enamel Coating Service life : Coating System Phosphate Primer VL-02 (GOST 12707) and EP-0228 Primer (TU 6-10-1943) with a thickness of 18 microns) It has been shown that it has been in the field of climate protection. Drying should be 48 – 60 microns.
