Enamel ML-158

Purpose (ML-158) ML 158 is designed for protective and decorative painting of the metal.

 

Application

Before use, the enamel ML 158 should be thoroughly mixed and diluted with toluene to a working viscosity of 20-24c according to VZ-4 at (20 ± 0.5) ° С. Apply by spraying at different air pressures. The first layer is applied enamel ML 158 with air pressure 3-4 atmospheres, then the coating is maintained. The second layer is applied enamel ML 158 at an air pressure of 0.5 atmosphere. Stand 30 minutes. in air at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° С. The coating is dried at (130 ± 3) ° C for 60 minutes. Consumption per layer – 80-120g / m ?.
