Benefits:

– enamel coating forms a flat, smooth surface, provides a weatherproof, semi-matt coating, has good decorative and protective properties;

– single-component enamel, stable during storage, has excellent painting properties, which creates ease of use;

– enamel is ideal for painting wooden surfaces that do not require high performance characteristics: residential and residential wooden buildings and fences, as well as metal surfaces (fences, gratings, fences, etc.).

Surface preparation : Wooden surfaces before applying the enamel should be cleaned of resinous substances, dried, polished and dust-free. In order to improve the protective and decorative properties, as well as reduce the consumption of enamel, the unpainted surface is first recommended to be primed with GF-021 primer,

GF-021 “L”.

Before applying the enamel, metal surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned of rust, scale and other contaminants, sanded, degreased, dried and primed with primers GF-021, GF-021 “L”, GF-0119 or GF-0119 “L”. To avoid moisture condensation, the temperature of the surface to be painted should be above the dew point temperature by at least 3 ° C.

The previously painted surface is cleaned of the fragile layers of the old coating, the exfoliated old coating is removed, the entire surface is sanded, dedusted, degreased and dried. It is recommended to carry out trial coloring, in case of expansion or peeling of the old coating, it must be removed.

Coating:  Before use, the enamel is thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with nefras – C4-150 / 200

(TU RB 100006485.147), white spirit (GOST 3134) or a mixture of these solvents with solvent (TU 38.101809) in a 1: 1 ratio by weight in an amount of not more than 20% by weight of enamel, filtered. Enamel is applied in 1 – 2 layers with a brush, roller, method of pneumatic spraying or jet pouring. The thickness of the dried single-layer coating is not less than 20 microns.

The drying time of a single-layer coating is no more than 24 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. At lower temperatures and high relative humidity, the drying time is increased. The next layer of enamel must be applied after the previous layer has dried. After dyeing, strong mechanical effects should be avoided for 5 days. Hot drying of the coating is allowed at a temperature of 105 – 110 ° C for 1 h with further exposure before operation for at least 24 h.

The enamel consumption  is 100 – 200 g / m² and depends on the preparation and complexity of the painted surface, color, method of application and other factors.

Precautionary measures : Persons associated with paint work must be provided with personal protective equipment (overalls, goggles and rubber gloves). During and after painting work it is necessary to ventilate the room thoroughly.

Storage: Store  enamel in a tightly closed container, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight, away from heating devices, out of the reach of children. Keep away from fire! In the case of storage at low temperatures, the enamel is kept in a warm room before application (to avoid moisture condensation on the surface to be painted during painting) for at least 24 hours.
