Composition
Enamel is a two-component system consisting of an enamel semi-finished product and a polyisocyanate hardener. Comes in two components.
Purpose (UR-140)
Enamel is intended for painting primed or primed and zashpatlevannyh metal surfaces of various products, including painting large-sized products (railway cars, fuel tank trucks, large-sized automotive equipment – platforms of cars, trailers, etc.). For priming, you can use primers like GF, EP, PF, FL. Recommended primers: GF-0119, EP-045, EP-045K, PF-031.
Application The
surface to be painted must be dry and free from cracks, dust and dirt. Preparation of the surface of products for painting to produce in accordance with the requirements of the TNP on the product or GOST 9.402-80. Before applying the prefabricated enamel mix thoroughly, enter the hardener in the ratio (by weight): per 100 h.h. enamel semi-finished product for glossy floor – 15 inches. hardener, for glossy and high glossy – 20 v.ch. hardener. Mix the enamel thoroughly and hold for 15-30 minutes.
