PURPOSE:
Primer GF-021 is designed for painting metal and wood surfaces under the coating of various enamels
PROPERTIES:
Provides excellent adhesion (adhesion) between the painted surface and the top paint coating. Reduces enamel consumption. Increases coating durability.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
– Clean new surfaces from dust, dirt, scale, degrease
– Remove the fragile parts of old paintwork coatings, loose and flaking rust from painted surfaces. Remove dust, dirt and degrease.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
Before using the primer, mix thoroughly, if necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit, solvent or their mixture in a 1: 1 ratio.
APPLICATION METHOD:
brush, roller, spray gun.
DRYING TIME:
At a temperature of + 20 and a relative humidity of 65%, the drying time of the primer layer is 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION:
Consumption for single-layer coating -150-200 g / m2 depending on the type of surface
STORAGE:
Iron minium is stored and transported in a tightly closed container, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep away from fire!
