Belinka Weatherproof Acrylic Facade Paint

Belinka Weatherproof Acrylic Facade Paint is designed to protect and decorate facades and any other exterior mineral surfaces.

    • high hydrophobicity and weather resistance
    • ease of application
    • numerous colors on the Belinka mix system
Also suitable for repair painting of old dispersion coatings. Acrylic facade paint is characterized by good adhesion to most substrates, high water repellency, good resistance to climatic influences and a harmful industrial environment.

The paint is delivered in white color, while adding tint agents, you can also get other color shades using the Belinka mix color card. The paint contains water, it is safe for health and harmless to the environment.Attention

The hiding power of bright red, burgundy, yellow, orange and green colors is slightly worse, so usually applying two layers is not enough. In this case, it is recommended to apply a lighter shade with a better hiding power as the first layer, and then apply another 2 coats of the selected color shade. The perfect final look is achieved by following the instructions. Depending on the absorption and roughness of the surface, as well as the effect of light, the color of the coating after application may differ from the initially chosen tone. When choosing a color shade, it is recommended to select lighter tones, providing a longer color film service life. Stains from the coating can be removed with a soft cloth and light non-abrasive cleaners.

Application

Before applying Belinka acrylic facade paint, you must prepare the surface accordingly. Fresh concrete or freshly applied plaster should dry well before painting. Before applying the acrylic facade paint the surface should be treated with Belinka universal acrylic primer. Surfaces already coated should be cleaned with a brush and / or washed with water with the addition of a cleaning agent. Old cracked or flaking coatings must be removed to a solid base. Coarse and uneven surfaces should be leveled using a leveling compound similar to the base and wait until completely dry. Thus, the prepared and cleaned surface is treated with Belinka universal acrylic primer. Wall surfaces contaminated with mold or fungus before applying the primer should be treated with Belinka mold remover. After drying, dead fungi and mold are mechanically removed. Mix well before applying. If necessary, dilute with water by 5-10%. The paint is applied with a brush, fur roller with a long pile or spray on a dry surface in 2 layers. During application and drying, the temperature of the paint, substrate and air should not be below + 5 ° C, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 80%. Paint should not be applied during rain, fog or strong wind. In sunny weather, the facade must be protected from direct sunlight to prevent uneven drying, as this affects the quality of the coating. Under normal conditions (20 ° C and 65% relative humidity), the next paint coat can be applied after 6-10 hours. At low temperatures, the drying time increases. Drying time also increases with increasing relative humidity. The tool after work is cleaned with water.
