Type: “LidAcryl” water dispersion primer is a suspension of pigments, fillers, special additives in an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic copolymer.
Scope: intended for priming products from iron or steel casting under the coating of various organomolab enamels: ML, EP, PF, XC, XB, AS, UR, water-dispersion paints such as VD-AK, as well as for temporary protection against corrosion in a single layer coating of metal products for the period of installation and storage. When applying two layers of primer “LidAkril” can be used as an independent coating to protect against corrosion.

Advantages: Primer provides iron and iron surfaces. Forms a high-quality, durable, elastic, oil-, water-, petrol-resistant coating. Dries quickly in natural conditions. Virtually odorless. It can be applied to the spraying, dipping, brush. The primer “LidAkril” is allowed by airless spraying.
The coating is resistant to minus 40 ° C to plus 60 ° C.
Surface preparation , GOST 9.402 or STB ISO 12944-4.
Must be thoroughly cleaned, must be thoroughly cleaned, must be thoroughly cleaned, corroded, welding spatter, can be no grease, markings paint, water pollution, water-soluble salts, affecting the quality of surface preparation, cleaned, dust-free, degreased with 1% detergent solution, washed with water. Acetone degreasing is allowed. Must be dry. It is the most up to 3 cm wide range of residues from fluxes, alkaline slags and oxides formed during welding. If necessary, paint over with a brush. It is recommended to improve the protective properties of the oxides 1 – 2 according to GOST 9.402.
The surface is mechanically cleaned, dehydrated, degreased and dried. It should be checked for compatibility. In order to completely remove the coating, it must be completely removed.
The primer is applied to the surface at a temperature not lower than 15 ° C and relative air humidity (65 ± 5)%. The metal temperature should be at least 3 ° C above the dew point temperature.
Coating: Before use, the primer is thoroughly mixed. When applied by pneumatic spraying or dipping, the LidAcryl primer is diluted with water in an amount of not more than 10% by weight of the primer. The recommended working viscosity for application by the method of pneumatic spraying is 30 – 40 s using a VZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm. By brush and airless spraying, LidAcryl primer is applied with the initial viscosity.
It can be seen that the consumer has been able to control the air flow rate (for example, air temperature, air temperature, air flow, air temperature, etc.).
Primer applied to the surface in one or two layers. Interlayer drying is 1.5 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of air (65 ± 5)%. This is not less than 35 microns. Increasing the protective properties.
It is possible to reduce the temperature after 1.5 hours, after 24 hours after exposure to air.
It’s not a problem. ”Primer consumption is a single-layer coating – 90 – 120 g / m².
It is not allowed to mix it.
Wash the wipes. Hardened residues of waste water containers should be disposed of as household waste.
Storage: The primer is stored in a tightly closed plastic container and transported at a temperature from + 5 ° C to + 35 ° C. Exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight is not allowed. In winter, the primer is transported in insulated transport.
Precautionary measures : The primer is non-toxic, fire and explosion-proof.
Personal workmanship should be provided with personal protective equipment (workwear, goggles, rubber gloves). Contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin, rinse with plenty of water.
The dried coating does not adversely affect the human body.
