Purpose (XC-710)

Enamel is used in the system of complex coating to protect metal surfaces from the effects of corrosive and alkaline environments.

Application

Before use, you must ensure that the base of the enamel is well mixed and homogeneous throughout the entire container space. If necessary, the materials can be diluted before use to the working viscosity with solvent R-4. The prepared enamel is applied to the surface of the protected material by pneumatic or airless spraying at an ambient temperature of minus 10 ° C to 30 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. To avoid moisture condensation, the surface temperature should be above the dew point by at least 3 ° C. After the layer has dried (1 hour at 20 ° C), the next layers are applied. For washing the instrument, you can use the solvent specified above. Before the start of operation in aggressive media, the coating is kept for 7–14 days, depending on their nature.
