Composition
The basis of the enamel EP 586 is epoxy and low molecular weight polyamide resin. This enamel is a two-component material. Consists of semi-finished enamel and hardener No. 5. Preparing the material by mixing occurs immediately before use. Mixing is carried out on the basis of 100 m. H. Of a semi-finished product of 10.5 m. hardener number 5.
Cooked enamel should be used within 72 hours. Coating enamel EP 586 has high physical and mechanical properties, abrasion resistance. Warranty period of storage 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Appointment (EP-586 yellow)
Designed to protect metal products from erosion and corrosion damage. EP 586 enamel-based coating can be used in conditions U2.
Application
For dilution to a working viscosity of 13-15 seconds. use a mixture of solvents composition: acetone – 30v.ch. ethyl cellosolve – 30 ppm, xylene – 40 ppm. Enamel is applied by spraying. Before use, the enamel is thoroughly mixed until uniform throughout the entire volume of the container. The expense makes – 100-150 g / m2. Work in personal protective equipment using a respirator and rubber gloves. Do not carry out work in the immediate vicinity of an open source of fire.
