Composition
One-component heat-resistant enamel KO 811 based on silicone lacquer. Available in green and black.
Coating enamel KO 811 has a high atmospheric, moisture-, oil-, petrol-resistant. KO 811 enamels form heat-resistant coatings that withstand the effects of temperatures up to 500 ° C. Class III coating (according to GOST 23852) for operating conditions (according to GOST 9.401-, GOST 9.104-, GOST 9.032-) Warranty period of storage – 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Purpose (KO-811)
KO 811 is intended for protective (anti-corrosion) painting of steel, titanium and aluminum surfaces, which are exposed during operation to temperatures up to 400 ° C. Apply without primer. Application Before applying, the enamel KO 811 is diluted to the working viscosity with solvent Р-5 or Р-5А, xylene, toluene. The degree of dilution -30-40%. Coloring is performed on a dry, degreased surface at ambient temperature and substrate from minus 30 to 40 ° C. KO 811 enamel is applied to the surface in 2-3 cross layers using pneumatic or airless spraying using a spray nozzle with a diameter of 1.8-2.5 mm.
The intermediate drying time of each layer is from 0.5 to 2 hours, depending on the ambient temperature. Full cure occurs when heated during use. When operating in aggressive environments (mineral oil, gasoline, saline mist), thermal coating of the coating is necessary at a temperature of 250-400 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
