Advantages:  – the enamel coating forms a flat, smooth surface, provides a weatherproof, glossy coating; elastic, has good decorative and protective properties;

single-component enamel, stable during storage, has excellent painting properties, which creates ease of use;

Enamel is ideal for painting wooden surfaces that do not require high performance characteristics: residential and residential wooden buildings and fences, as well as metal surfaces (fences, grilles, fences, etc.);

The enamel film is resistant to temperature changes from minus 50 ° С to plus 60 ° С

Preparation : Wooden surfaces before applying the enamel should be cleaned of resinous substances, dried, polished and dedusted. To improve the protective and decorative properties, as well as reduce the consumption of enamel, an unpainted surface is first recommended to be primed with GF-021, GF-021 “L” primer. It is necessary to remove various contaminants from the previously painted surface, completely remove the peeled-off coating, sand and dust the surface.

Before applying the enamel, metal surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned from dust, rust, scale and other contaminants (it is necessary to remove notches, burrs, welding spatter, round sharp edges, corners, teeth and welds; there should be no lubrication, marking paint and other substances, such as mineral contaminants, water-soluble salts that affect the quality of surface preparation), are sanded, degreased, dried and primed with primers GF-021 or GF-021 “L”, or GF-0119, or

GF-0119 “L”.

Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned from dust, grease, sand, degrease, dry and test paint. In the case of swelling or peeling, the old coating must be removed. To avoid moisture condensation, the temperature of the surface to be painted should be above the dew point temperature by at least 3 ° C.

Recommendations for application:  Before use, the enamel is thoroughly mixed, if necessary, diluted with nefras-C4-150 / 200

(TU RB 100006485.147), white spirit (GOST 3134) or a mixture of these solvents with solvent (TU 38.101809) in a 1: 1 ratio in an amount of not more than 25% by weight of enamel. Enamel is applied in 1 – 2 layers with a brush, roller or method of pneumatic spraying. For coloring products in the electric field, the enamel is diluted to working viscosity with a diluent RE-4B or RE-3B. The thickness of the dried single-layer coating is not less than 20 microns.

When applied by the method of pneumatic spraying, the enamel is diluted with a solvent in an amount of not more than 25% by weight of enamel, and when applied by roller or brush – in an amount not more than 5% by weight of enamel. Enamel can be applied with a brush with an initial viscosity.

The drying time of a single-layer coating is no more than 24 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C (except red, cherry) and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. At lower temperatures and high relative humidity, the drying time is increased. The next layer of enamel must be applied after the previous layer has dried. After staining, strong mechanical effects should be avoided for 7 days.

The theoretical consumption of  a single-layer coating is 100 – 180 g / m² without taking into account the complexity of the painted surface, application method, enamel color, personnel qualifications and other factors.
