Glue PVA-16
Type: PVA-16 glue is a solution of polyvinyl acetate dispersion.
Scope: Glue PVA-16 is intended for gluing cardboard, paper in packaging industry and other products on a paper basis.
Note: Peeling of the glue and formation of a film on the surface during storage is allowed.
Surface preparation: Before applying the adhesive, it is necessary to clean the glueing areas from contamination, remove dust, dirt, etc. The surface to be glued must be dry.
Coating: Before use, the adhesive must be thoroughly mixed; if a film is formed, carefully remove it from the surface.
Клей наносят клеенаносящими станками, вручную кистью или валиком. Клей наносят равномерно тонким слоем на одну из поверхностей, подлежащей склеиванию. Склеиваемые поверхности соединяют и плотно прижимают друг к другу на 1 – 2 мин. По возможности помещают их под пресс. Время полного высыхания не менее 24 часов. В зависимости от толщины слоя, склеиваемого материала время высыхания может быть другим.
Работы с клеем рекомендуется проводить при температуре воздуха не ниже 10 °С и относительной влажности не более 80 %.
После нанесения клея, излишки удаляют при помощи сухой тряпки (ветоши).
Расход клея составляет 100 – 300 г/м2 и зависит от вида работ, толщины наносимого слоя, склеиваемого материала и других факторов.
