Purpose:
WASHING –5873 NC – High performance pickling paste, not containing phenols. This product dries slowly and has a high penetrating power, thanks to which it is suitable for removing multi-layer paint systems, does not flow from vertical surfaces, and is easily washed off ..

Properties:
WASHING – NC removes almost all existing paint coatings on the market, including on a two-component basis such as polyurethane or epoxy, as well as powder coatings. Pitch, glue residue and other hard-to-remove organic sticky residues are also removed with this product. Rubber, leather and solvent-resistant plastics should not come into contact with the RINSE – NC. Iron, aluminum, cadmium, magnesium, other metals, some alloys, sealants, including those used in the aircraft industry U 30 MES-5 M, VITEF-1NT are not damaged by contact.

Instructions for use :
WASHING – NC is used in the form in which it was originally delivered. The product is applied with a brush (but not plastic) or if the surface is large, it is not a dusting sprinkler. When spraying, it is better to apply two thin layers than one thick.

WASHING – NC penetrates the paint layers and the paint is easily removed during the subsequent washing. If the coating is multilayered and old, this process is repeated until the paint is completely removed. The most difficult to remove paint and varnish coatings, including polyurethane, epoxy, powder coatings, TURCO washes away in 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the ambient temperature.

Safety precautions:
Keep containers tightly closed. Do not inhale vapors, avoid contact with eyes and skin, wear protective gloves and protective clothing. In case of contact with the skin of the body, wash with water, preferably with soap. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water for 10 minutes and consult a specialist. In case of contact with mouth, rinse quickly, do not consume milk, animal or vegetable fats. See a doctor. In case of inhalation, move the victim to fresh air or a well-ventilated area.

Fire hazards:

• Beware of inhaling fumes. Cool containers exposed to fire with water. Not recommended for ingress of product into wastewater.
• The product may form flammable air-vapor mixtures.

• Open the container carefully, to avoid release of liquid under pressure.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during work.

Storage conditions:

• Do not store near open flames, sparkling objects, heat sources.
• The storage room should be well ventilated, prevent the ingress of strong oxidizing agents.
• The product is stable at normal temperature.
