Type : Varnish is a solution of a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate in a mixture of organic solvents with the addition of a plasticizer.
Scope : Varnish is used to paint the exterior surfaces of railway freight cars and tanks, equipment, metal and reinforced concrete structures exposed to solutions of mineral acids, alkalis, salts, corrosive gases (SO 2 , CO 2 , NO 2 , NH 3 ) and other chemical reagents with a temperature not exceeding 60 ° C, operated in atmospheric conditions of different climatic regions, as well as indoors.
