PF-218 enamel
Composition: Suspension of pigments, fillers, flame retardant in pentaphthalic lacquer with the addition of solvent, plasticizer, additives.
The coating on the basis of PF-218 enamel in the interior of vessels retains its protective properties and decorative appearance for 3 years, applied to the surfaces of instruments, mechanisms, equipment – for 5 years. Enamel after drying forms a smooth, uniform matte surface without pock marks, wrinkles, wrinkles.
Purpose (PF-218)
PF-218 XC (cold drying) – for painting the interior dwelling, service and special premises of vessels of an unlimited navigation area – which are subject to increased fire safety requirements.
Application
- Before use, LCD-1 desiccant is introduced into PF-218 enamel, LCD-12 – no more than 5% or LCD-11 – no more than 2.5% of the enamel mass. Enamel is applied at a temperature not lower than 5 ° C. Enamel PF-218 XC is applied in three layers on the surface, primed with primer FL-03K or FL-03 J.
- Before use, the enamel is diluted with white spirit. If the enamel was stored at a negative temperature, then before applying it is kept for 24 hours at a temperature of 200 ° C. Drawing is made by dispersion methods (pneumatic, airless), a brush, the roller.
